To enjoy your time with us and to ensure we can meet your expectations we ask that you book a complimentary consultation prior to your appointment. 

This gives us the opportunity to match you with the best stylist for your hair needs - vital for a great hair experience. It also allows us to assess your hair goals and get a clear understanding of how we can help you.

During the consultation, you will be asked questions regarding the history of your hair and what you would like us to help you achieve. Let us know what you would love and equally what you do not want.  Bringing in pictures is helpful and will act as a guide for your stylist. This is also a good time to ask for a quote on your service. We also have our pricing on our website, please read this also as a guideline.
